Easter party and the bonnet parade for kids in Rotterdam this spring

Posted on: May 12, 2012 by Nataliya Volosovych | No Comments

It was in the beginning of April when InTouch Rotterdam expatriate social group had its annual Easter party and the bonnet parade. Diversity of this group is amazing! They all share a common theme though – all ended up here, in the Netherlands, for one reason or another.
In a very friendly atmosphere families gathered to celebrate Easter and show off their hand-made bonnets for their children. Kids were fantastic models! Some were walking themselves, some were carried around. Everyone had fun – parents finally catching up with the friends; children hunting for eggs, eating yummy food, racing with an egg on a spoon, and doing some crafts. It was a rare lovely and sunny day in April. See for yourself!
